There are a few features that don’t require that much engineering, just a few included scripts. One that is missing is the script for DISM commands that clean up and shrink some folders in windows and some dependencies like the winxis folder. There are a set of commands that can easily be looked up online, and after major updates are really useful in cleaning the junk. also the SFC/ scannow command can be included. It’s not that hard to make a script, and based on what the DISM or SFC returns to run the next command. One other feature is rebuilding the registry. Another would be to rebuild the wmi repository. All these need scripts, people tend to do them randomly and often when not necessary. But they do work, they are a valuable tool, and they do improve the stability of the system overall, and makes it take up less space.
Here’s a few:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /SPSuperseded

And last but not least:
sfc /scannow

There are more options to the command line and you could build a really nice script based on what these commands return.
Please consider adding this as it would greatly improve the features, usability and range of ccleaner for windows.
